Returns & Refunds

We make every effort to describe and display every product as realistically as possible. However, we understand sometimes the items you receive may not be quite as you expected. Therefore, we allow you 14 days from the date of invoice within Kuwait to change your mind on any of the products purchased from our website.

For the return to be accepted, the item(s) must be unworn and in the same condition in which they were received. Items must be returned with all the original boxes, instructions, guarantee cards, and all extras. 

When we receive the item, our returns department confirms that everything is present and in its original condition to ensure its eligibility for a refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible, and you will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed. Most refunds are processed on the same day as received,

Returning an item is a simple process. You can visit our nearest store with a printed copy of your order confirmation for a fast, hassle-free return.

How do I get a refund?

If you paid with a credit card, we will reimburse the amount to your bank account. Your card is refunded to the full price of the returned products and we do not charge any 'restocking' fees. Delivery fee if charged on your order is not refunded.
