Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery areas

We deliver to all governorates in Kuwait: Al Asimah, Hawalli, Al Farwaniyah, Al Ahmadi, Al Jahra and Mubarak Al-Kabeer.

2. Delivery time

• Same-day delivery for orders confirmed during working hours.
• Orders confirmed after working hours are delivered on the next working day.
• We will contact you to confirm your order and delivery time.

4. Showroom pickup

Pick up from our showroom with no delivery fee. Your order will be ready within one hour during working hours.

5. Receiving your order

Please check your order on delivery and contact us right away if anything is damaged or different from what you ordered.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love our products. If you need to return or exchange an item, here are the terms:

1. Return window

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Conditions

• Returns are accepted for any reason as long as the item is unopened and unused, in its original packaging.
• Opened or used items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or different from what you ordered.
• Please bring your receipt or order number.

3. How to return

• Returns and exchanges are handled at our showroom during working hours:

• For returns, the delivery fee is deducted from the refund.
• If the item is damaged or not what you ordered, contact us right after delivery and we will exchange it or refund you in full, with no deduction.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, the refund is paid in cash at the showroom or through our approved payment channels.

5. Exchanges

You can exchange for another product, color or size, subject to availability. If the new item costs more, you only pay the difference.
